                        ACCEPTING YOUR PARENTS

Sometimes, no matter how hard we try to sort out some issues in our lives - nothing changes.

We read books, go to seminars and buy courses but nothing seems to work.

The reason for that might be that the roots of our problems lie way deeper than the surface level.

Sometimes the issues we have come from our family system.

Some people call it karma but what it really is - its these subconscious programs, traumas and experiences passed onto us by our families. And we are the ones who have to carry it all.

To deal with it we have to make peace with our parents and recreate the structure of our family system so that everyone stands in a place that belong to them.

Parents are the people who gave us life.

We get a lot from them. We get our looks, character traits, talents... but it doesn't end here. We are a part of our family system. And we also get the whole generations thinking patterns, behaviour patterns, beliefs, fears and traumas.

All of this comes with the ability to terminate these programs. And to stop repeating our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents fate.

But for this to happen - there is one condition. It’s to fully accept your parents.

Most of us carry a lot of grudges against them. There’s a lot of hurt, blame and anger living inside of us. So we refuse to accept them the way that they are.

On the logical level we might try to refuse them. To not be like them. But on the subconscious level we trying to find them. Because every child wants to be able to love his parents. And that child still lives inside each one of us.

We end up going in circles. Trying to run away from them but on the subconscious level wanting to be closer to them. And if we don’t allow ourselves to accept them - the only way to be closer to them is to create a live similar to theirs. Or spend a lifetime trying to earn their love that we were missing as children..

We do that by trying to prove our worth through other peoples validation. When in reality all we want is to be valued by our parents.

By creating relationships that hurt us because unconsciously we are seeking the same emotions we felt as children because that’s the only kind of “love” we were taught.

By forcing ourselves to achieve more and more. Never allowing ourselves to enjoy what we’ve created as it never feels good enough. Because unconsciously we want to feel “good enough” in our parents eyes.

Healing our deepest wounds and feeling the sense of peace within ourselves begins with creating harmony in a relationship with our parents.

By releasing the blame, anger and hurt that we’ve been carrying with us for years.

Only when we are able to see the value in our parents story and fully accept them as they are, with no blame and disappointment for the past, we can detach from continuing these patterns and become free to create a new destiny that only belongs to us.

In this course we will talk about:

  • What is a family system and how does it work?
  • What do we get from our parents and why?
  • What are my family dynamics?
  • Why have I created my life that is exactly like my mothers or fathers?
  • What happens when we do not accept our parents the way they are?
  • I constantly have the feeling that something is missing in my life.
  • I feel deep unexplainable sadness and loneliness.
  • Where does the sense of emptiness come from?
  • I constantly feel guilt. Even when there is no reason for me to feel that way.
  • I have a lot of anger inside of me.
  • I keep attracting people into my life that hurt me.
  • I keep attracting people into my life that need saving.
  • I lack in self-worth and allow people to treat me badly.
  • I constantly want to prove myself to others.
  • I can’t accept myself the way I am.
  • I keep repeating the same situations.
